Perry has overdone his passion for collecting. Tired from gathering treasures, he arrives home to find his door won't open and he cannot get inside. He must spend the night in Pack Rat Park where he lies awake trying to find an answer to his problem. Morning arrives and another failed attempt to enter his home results in slight injury. Perry's friends come to his rescue and tell Perry of some children who are in serious need of toys. He quickly discovers how to help those children and learns a joyful lesson of his own.
